Amefel Spark is from the firefolk of Fire Island. His dream? To be the greatest pyromancer of all time.
But when Amefel attends the prestigious Scarlet Academy to study pyromancy, he receives a terrible shock: there is no pyromancy practiced on Fire Island any more.
Undaunted, Amefel sets out on his skateboard across the Elemental Archipelago, in hopes of finding the Greatest Doughnut, father (or author, or creator, however you want to look at it) of the Six Elemental Doughnuts, and source of all elemancy.
Accompanied by his best friend Shaden, the waterfolk princess Ari, and his pet phoenix, Polly, Amefel is determined to restore elemancy to the Archipelago, so he can achieve his dream.
Will he succeed? Who knows.
